How do we provide 100% financial protection?
We are a member of The Travel Trust Association, with the number of Q5790. The Travel Trust Association is a travel trade association, exists in order to protect you, with 100% financial protection means that every penny that you pay to us, is protected by the Travel Trust Association.
We deposit your money into the Trust Account. A Trust Account is a bank account designated to hold the your money.Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor. Both we and the trustee are required to authorise payments from the trust account.
In addition to being held in trust, you also have a financial guarantee from the Travel Trust Association. TTA will guarantee the financial obligation of us up to a maximum any one passenger of £11,000. So if you paid £2,000 TTA guarantee and will reimburse the loss of the £2,000, where it is not available for you from the Trust Account.
Do we provide ATOL protection?
Yes. We act as a retail agent of other ATOL holders. Flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website and booked through Tescons Ltd are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website however all bookings provide 100% financial protection. What should you do, in the event of a breakdown of communication or a serious disagreement between us and you?
In such circumstances, the Travel Trust Association can act as an independent intermediary.
All complaints are dealt with in writing. Should you feel the need to make a complaint about us, please detail the matter in writing and post it to:

Please enclose copies of any previous correspondence that you may have had with us and any paperwork that is at all relevant e.g. receipts, invoices, etc.
Do you need a passport and/or visa for your vacations?
Yes. All individuals departing from the UK must be in possession of a valid passport. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. You are responsible for confirming with the UK or the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. A government issued ID is required for travel within the UK.
Do you need a travel insurance?
A holiday is your chance to relax and unwind away from the stresses of everyday life, therefore we h3ly recommend you purchase a travel insurance for cancellations and accidents.
What should you do, If you are not satisfied with the services provided to you?
We have contracts with selected service providers. Each of them has their own Customer Services. If a dispute occurs during your vacation we recommend you contact the service provider' Customer Services and follow their instructions. Most of the disputes resolve efficiently and quickly by this way. However, please keep in mind our Emergency contact number (+447393027889) is available 7/24. If you are still not satisfied with your solution, you may also write to our postal address within 15 days of returning from your holiday. Please include to your post the travel documents provided you upon confirmation of your bookings and also the documents you think that might be necessary.
